While Dirk has sent some words and a pic every morning of the previous stages, we can assume that today he needed all his concentration and energy to prepare for today’s race.

Yesterday he wrote: “Tomorrow comes the test. Tomorrow’s day will decide whether to get through or not.” Thus he is going to need all your good wishes today.

So I suppose you, Dirk’s friends and family all over the world, are as anxious to get news from him as Uli and I are here at home in Germany. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.
